I attended the Healing Arts institute of Fort Collins, Colorado and graduated in May 2007. With over fifteen years of experience and a thirst for continuing education, my bodywork reflects my knowledge of a wide range of techniques.
I enjoy customizing my massages to meet the unique needs of each client.
I feel blessed to be able to practice my passion in Colorado, where I like to spend my free time enjoying the outdoors; snowboarding, hiking, running. practicing yoga and paddle-boarding.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2007. I am moving towards specializing in women’s care, prioritizing prenatal/perinatal care in hopes to become a certified Doula down the road. I have extensive training in modalities that are both gentle and therapeutic to help achieve your specific bodywork goals.
I have been an Esthetician since 2011. I welcome all skin types and love making your eyebrows perfect!
Using my love of natural products, I listen to everyone that comes in to find their specific needs and customize each service to each individual.
In my free time, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, walking our dog, reading, paddleboarding, and traveling.
